In its chamber concerts, the Paganini Ensemble Wien offers a unique vision of Paganini’s extensive work, performed with technical virtuosity and moments of tremendous passion, tenderness, suffering and joy. This is the work of Paganini: pure feeling.
Nicolò Paganini’s name is indisputably linked to concepts such as virtuosity and intensity. In addition to his excellent command of the violin and the guitar, Paganini composed more than 250 works of chamber music for various instrumental combinations.
Considered one of the best interpreters of the Paganini work, the virtuoso violinist Mario Hossen is the founder of the Paganini Ensemble Wien, together with him, Marta Potulska (viola), Liliana Kehayova (cello) and Alexander Swete (guitar) reproduce to perfection. Little performed works, composed for the Italian composer’s quartet.
